Altair Analytical Lab (AAL) is a factory that captures all value at stake by implementing analytics along the business value chain. Our factory is leading an evolution of the decision-making process in our clients.

Applying simultaneous engineering principles, AAL run in parallel all elements of analytical value creation process: analytical vision and strategy, specific decision-making areas, analytical models and systems development and change management. Our AAL team is a mix team between our client and Altair.

AAL - Conceptual Approach

Altair Analytical Lab continuously run in parallel all elements of analytical value creation process meaning all activities from Analytical Strategy to capture all Value Creation. AAL development is supported by an integrated ecosystem of strong methodologies like Agile that enables the creation of a minimum viable product in weeks. Iterative development Sprints free teams to test ideas rapidly, gaining customer and user feedback early in the process and then adjust.

AAL - Professional Team

We have two types of consultants: business and analytical. In each AAL or specific engagement, we deploy a team with the required mix of capabilities and previous experience. We cover all the capabilities spectrum for analytical consultants including: Data Engineers, Model Strategist, Analytics Analyst and Business Translator.
